I'm really into the punk princess kind of style right now- mixing edgy and girly pieces. A foreign country is always a great place to experiment with a new style (you never have to see them again if it doesn't go as planned).

totally bored in spanish? take one arm and hold it out vertically. lay the other horizontally across. push the bottom one up and the top one down for arm tone. now this may sound stupid but just engage your stomach ((just like it is when your laughing))

Trade that for soda for flavored water. The item in the set ^ has some great ideas that are simple, too! Instead of a candy try a chocolate fiber one bar ((SOOO GOOD! :P))
